Please provide the following supplies for your child to use each day:

• Roll-up nap mat (example below).  This will be sent home weekly to be laundered.
• A change of  clothes (class B uniform) to be kept at school in the case of accidents.
• 1 boxes of Kleenex.
• 1 container of baby wipes.  (Used to keep hands and faces clean!)
• Ziplock bags
  • P3:  1 box gallon size and 1 box quart size  
  • P4:  1 box snack size
• 1 container of Lysol cleaning wipes
