Thank you for choosing St. Philip Catholic School for your child's education!  Enrollment occurs each Spring for the following school year.  In Texas, school grade level assignment is primarily determined by a student's age on September 1 of the entering school year.

Please follow these steps for enrollment:

1.  Contact the school office at 979-543-2901.  We will place your child on our waiting list.
2a.  For PreK enrollment, attend our Open House to see the classrooms, meet the teachers, and see what all we have to offer.  
2b.  Students in grades K-8 will be scheduled a formal interview with the school principal. Placement testing/assessment, provided by our campus staff, may be requested in certain circumstances.   
3.  Submit application and $150 APPLICATION FEE (check or cash accepted).  This APPLICATION FEE waives a REGISTRATION FEE for your initial enrollment.  
4.  Notification of enrollment decision.  Upon acceptance, you will receive an email: “On-line Enrollment / Registration for…” Please follow the link to complete these additional enrollment forms to finalize the registration process.
5.  Provide the following required DOCUMENTS for admission:

• Certified Birth Certificate
• Social Security Card
• Baptismal Certificate
• Current Immunization Record
• Copy of Mother's and Father's photo ID.

7.  Watch your email for important announcements and information!
8.  Visit our website www.stphilipschool.org for the Student Handbook, Student Activity Calendar, Yearly Calendar, Lunch Menus, Dress Code and much more!

Registation Fee & Academic/Supply Fee July 10 (Billed via FACTS)
Tuition & After School Care Fees  begin August 10 (Billed via FACTS)
Lunch Ticket Deposit into PaySchools Central account by first day of school

A new student registration form will not be accepted without a formal interview with the school principal.
